
Returns Policy
At Years of You we take great pride in providing high quality memory books to last for generations to come. If you are not entirely satisfied with the quality of your memory book, please contact us by email at hello@yearsofyou.com within 10 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

If your memory book isn’t right because we’ve made a mistake, we're sorry, and we will replace it as soon as possible at no further cost to you.

If your memory book arrives damaged from transit, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will request that you email us the following:

A photo of the outer courier bag or box

A photo of the damage to any inner packaging

A photo of the damage to your memory book
If you’ve made a mistake, such as a spelling error, while creating your memory book (we’re all human!) we’re happy to help you fix it and we’ll share the cost of a replacement by offering you an amended reprint at 30% off. We may ask that you return the original memory book to us.
Please note that we do not correct the colour or brightness of your images. We print images true to the supplied files. As images tend to look brighter on a back-lit computer monitor than they do once printed, we recommend ensuring that your images are sufficiently bright before you include them in your memory book.
